Racerback Tank
I realised on my last post that I forgot to mention the top I was wearing. This was also I holiday make. I made it using a Jalie Racerback Tank pattern that I borrowed from my sister Katherine. It's made using a 100% cotton knit from The Fabric Store. From memory, it was a Donna Karen fabric, yet it is pretty flimsy. Katherine kindly finished off the neckline and sleeves for me using the binder on her coverstitch machine, so it looks very RTW. After watching her sew on the binding, I'm more tempted then ever to invest in a coverstitch myself.
