I returned home today after spending 5 glorious days on Magnetic Island with my sister and her family. The weather was perfect, the boulder-ious bays were stunning, the water was clear & wavy and the bushwalks were fabulous (even when carrying 15kg of pure child on my back).
My husband and I are both teachers so we get lots and lots of holidays together (I won't rub it in!). This holiday however, would have to go down as my best one in 5 years. Maybe it was the stunning island, maybe it's because my 3 children are just that little bit older. Either way, I'm actually feeling like I've had a holiday and that's a great feeling!
