I’ve made another one of these . My go-to blouse when I need a quick, no-fuss, no-fail sewing fix. The added bonus of course being that I end up with something I love that is totally wearable both out-and-about and to work! Yay to that!
#4 was made using a Japanese lawn named Poppy in black and white. I sewed a very sweet cotton lace trim around the sleeves and down the centre-front of the top. I still prefer the way the #3 rayon version drapes, but all is good with the cotton too.
Even groovier though is that fabulous pewter whale necklace around my neck. It was a birthday present from my husband. Husbands that buy groovy presents rock!
