Pirt or skants?

I decided to jazz it up a bit with Meg’s second pair of mozzie-proof pants. I sewed her a pants-and-skirt—all-in-one-combo-deluxe! Now I just need to settle on a name. Is it a pirt or pair of skants? How will I ever decide?
